No. This pack covers preparation of review documents only. If you require representation at the hearing, please contact us separately for a quote — this involves additional lawyer fees.
How long do I have to lodge an ART review?
Time limits vary depending on the visa type and whether you are onshore or offshore. Typically it is 21 days (onshore) to 70 days (offshore) from the date of the refusal notice. Act quickly.
Is the ART filing fee included?
No. The ART application fee (currently AUD 3,580 for merits review) is payable directly to the tribunal and is not included in our service fee.
