Which countries are eligible for an ETA?
ETAs are available for passport holders from selected countries. Malaysia is ETA-eligible. India is NOT ETA-eligible and requires a full Visitor Visa (subclass 600). Please check Home Affairs eligibility before booking.
My ETA was rejected — can you help?
If your ETA has been refused, you will need to apply for a Visitor Visa (subclass 600) instead. Please book our Visitor Visa Tourist Standard service.
